Blazers Offer Tickets to Wildfire Volunteers

Kamloops, BC - The Kamloops Blazers are offering a free ticket to all wildfire volunteers for our game on Wednesday, October 4th against the Prince George Cougars.

"We are very fortunate to have so many willing volunteers in our community that stepped up during the summer for those that were affected by the B.C. wildfires," commented President & COO, Don Moores. "This is a small token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication during a difficult time for our province."

The volunteers will be recognized at a stoppage during the game.

Tickets can be picked up at the Volunteer Kamloops office at 705 Seymour Street in downtown Kamloops today from 12:00pm - 4:00pm or Tuesday, October 3rd and Wednesday, October 4th from 9:00am - 4:00pm. You can contact Volunteer Kamloops at 250-372-8313, or by email at info@volunteerkamloops.ca .
