Blaze Move Game to Accommodate 2nd Bryan Show

The Bloomington Blaze, fueled by Mid-Illini Credit Union, have rescheduled a February game to accommodate the addition of a concert at U.S. Cellular Coliseum.

The Blaze will now host the Rapid City Rush on Wednesday, February 20 at 7:05 p.m. The contest appeared on original schedules as a February 17 game, then was moved to February 18 when country artist Luke Bryan announced a concert for the original February 17 date. With the addition of a second Luke Bryan show for February 18 announced today by U.S. Cellular Coliseum, the Blaze-Rush game now moves to the Wednesday, February 20 slot.

Tickets for the Blaze game reading February 17 or February 18 will be honored at the gate for the new February 20 date. No exchanges are necessary.

The Blaze are next in action at Tulsa on Saturday at 7:35 p.m. with pre-game on WJBC.com and CHL-TV at 7:15. The Blaze begin a stretch of four games in five days on Wednesday, December 12 with a special 10 a.m. face-off against the rival Quad City Mallards for a Kids' Field Trip Day game that will also serve as the Blaze Holiday Open House. Three of the four games next week will be on home ice as the Blaze also host Tulsa on Friday at 7:05 p.m. and Missouri next Sunday at 4:05 p.m. with a trip to Missouri on Saturday as the only road contest.
