Blaze Announce 2008 TV Broadcast Schedule

SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah Blaze announced the partnership agreement between the Utah Blaze and KJZZ TV. The deal follows the recent announcement of 1320 KFAN as the official radio broadcast partner for 13 games during the season. Three Blaze games will be broadcast live on 1230 ESPN due to conflicts with the Utah Jazz. (See the complete schedule below.)

"We look forward to being associated with KJZZ for a third consecutive year," Blaze president JASON JONES said. "It is paramount that we have the ability to provide our fans with as many outlets as possible to get the full Arena Football experience."

KJZZ's coverage includes five games and begins with the season/home opener against the Arizona Rattlers on Saturday, March 1 at 7 p.m. (MT).

The Blaze also announced the television talent for KJZZ broadcasts will be DAVE FOX (play-by-play) and ALEMA HARRINGTON (commentary). This will be Harrington's third season with the Blaze and Fox's second.

ESPN will cover one game for the Blaze when they take on division foe Los Angeles Avengers at EnergySolutions Arena on Monday, June 9 at 8 p.m. (MT).

The Blaze are finalizing their away TV schedule, and details will be forthcoming.

The Blaze will open their 2008 season on March 1 at 7 p.m. in the EnergySolutions Arena against the Arizona Rattlers.
