
Blades' Dach Set for NHL Draft

Saskatoon, Sask. - Saskatoon Blades forward Kirby Dach is all set for the 2019 NHL Entry Draft taking place this evening (Friday) in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Dach, a native of Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, is the 3rd ranked North American skater on the NHL's Central Scouting final ranking list.
The 6-foot-4, right-shooting centre completed his sophomore season with the Blades this past year with 25 goals and 48 assists in just 62 games. Dach then posted 7 more points 10 playoff contests.
Dach will look to be the first Saskatoon Blade selected in the first round since Duncan Siemens was taken 11th overall by the Colorado Avalanche in 2011. Other first round draft picks in Saskatoon Blades history include:
