Tonight...
The Saskatoon Blades will look to respond after falling 6-1 on Friday night in game one of this Eastern Conference semifinal.
"We played about 29 minutes of hockey, so I'm curious how we'll the respond on Sunday, and what it looks like when we actually want to play 60 minutes," said Blades' head coach Mitch Love following Friday's game.
Chase Wouters scored the lone goal for the Blades in the loss-- his second of the post-season-- and he knows his team has more to offer.
"They wanted it a little bit more than we did in the last 30 minutes, and that's what this time of year is all about. We're both good teams. It comes down to whoever wants it," explained the 19-year-old Saskatoon captain.
Saskatoon will look to tighten up in the discipline department as well after giving the Raiders six power plays in the series opener, while only getting two opportunities of their own.
