vs. Charlotte (0-0)

The Bisons and Knights will play six times this season. The BB&T Ballpark-portion of the season series won't take place until August 20-22. Buffalo was 5-2 against Charlotte last year and have won eight of the last nine contests against the Knights at Coca-Cola Field.

Chris Leroux

Leroux has only allowed three earned runs over his last three starts, all coming off a Scott Sizemore three-run home run in his last outing.

Chad Jenkins

RHP Chad Jenkins gets the game two start tonight. The righty made a spot start on April 9 in Pawtucket and has appeared 16 times in relief since. This will be Jenkins' 22nd career Bisons start (85th appearance) with a 12-14 record and a 4.11 ERA. He is 1-1 with a 2.92 ERA at home this season (12.1 IP).

Dalton Pompey

DH Jesus Montero is hitting .353 (12-34) in June with nine RBI already in just six games. Montero ranks 4th in the IL in hits (68), 3rd in total bases (105) and 6th in RBI (34).

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (33-30) needed just one batter in extra innings to defeat the Orioles, 4-3, last night. DH Edwin Encarnacion led off the 10th inning with his 13th home run of the season. LF Michael Saunders also homered for the 10th time this season while Toronto's bullpen threw four hitless innings. The Blue Jays host Baltimore again today at 1:07 p.m.
