Today's Game

Tonight, the Bisons take on the Mud Hens in the second game of a four-game series at Fifth Third Field (7:00 p.m.). The Herd pulled out a 9-5 victory yesterday behind OF BRAD GLENN's four-RBI night. This is the second stop for Buffalo on their seven-game roadtrip having just taken two of three in Columbus.

The Bisons are 3-2 against Toledo so far this season. Buffalo has not won a series at Fifth Third Field since winning three of four from the Hens in 2008. This will be the final regular-season series of the year between the teams.

Daniel Norris

LHP DANIEL NORRIS will make his fourth start of the season for Buffalo. The lefty threw 6.0 innings of two-run ball on Sunday against the Mud Hens at Coca-Cola Field. Norris struck out a Bisons' season-high nine batters in that start.

Matt Hague

Since losing his 14-game hitting streak on May 14 , INF MATT HAGUE has put together a nice seven-game hitting streak. The slugger is hitting .451 on this current stretch with six doubles and eight RBI. (14-31). Hague now leads the International League in average (.355), with four more hits (54) than any other batter in the league.

Brad Glenn

OF BRAD GLENN has 19 hits in his last 11 games since May 11. Only teammate Matt Hague has as many hits during that span in the entire International League. In those 11 games, Glenn has averaged .442 (19-43) with five doubles, four home runs, 12 RBI and 12 runs scored. He also has a .520 on-base pct. and a .837 slugging pct over the stretch.

Club full of Aces

The Bison's pitching staff continues to dominate opposing teams. Through the first 41 games the Herd have posted an IL-best 2.45 ERA while striking out 278 batters. Buffalo has three qualifying pitchers with an ERA of under 3.00. (Albers 2.79, Copeland 2.34, Wolf, 0.94).

INF JOSE REYES went 1-4 and played six innings at shortstop last night in his first game of his MLB rehab assignment with the club...The Blue Jays selected the contract of INF MUNENORI KAWASAKI following last night's game. LHP LUIS PEREZ has been activated.

Blue Jays Update

The Blue Jays (19-24) were victorious over the Angels on Thursday night, 8-4. Knuckleballer R.A. Dickey pitched a complete game, striking out four, while allowing just two earned runs. Danny Valencia and Edwin Encarnacion each hit a homers. Toronto take on Seattle tonight at 7.07 p.m.
