
Bisons Complete Third Straight Shutout with 6-0 Win Tuesday

Bisons' pitchers continued their dominance this Spring by posting a third consecutive shutout with a 6-0 victory over the Toledo Mud Hens, Tuesday afternoon from Lakeland, FL.
The Bisons have now allowed just eight hits over their last three exhibition contests. After allowing just three hits in 6-0 and 2-0 victories over the Indianapolis Indians on Sunday and Monday respectively, five Herd relievers yielded just two hits to the Mud Hens on Tuesday.
LHP ROB RASMUSSEN (2.0 IP, 1 SO), RHP MATTHEW WEST (2.0 IP, 2 SO), RHP CORY BURNS (2.0 IP, H, 2 SO), RHP STEVE DELABAR (2.0 IP, H, 3 SO) and RHP PRESTON GUILMET (1.0 IP, 2 SO) completed the shutout, combining to strike out nine batters without issuing a walk.
Offensively, INF ANDY BURNS (1-4) homered and drove in four of the Bisons six runs. INF CHRIS COLABELLO and INF JONATHAN BERTI each went 2-4 with two runs scored.
The Bisons are now 5-1-1 in their last seven games and 6-4-1 overall this Spring with two exhibition games left.
