
Bisons Add Jason Cooper to Roster

Buffalo Bisons News Release
The Buffalo Bisons, Triple-A affiliate of the New York Mets, today announced that OF Jason Cooper has been activated to the team from the Brooklyn Cyclones roster (A). To make roster room, INF Mark Kiger has been placed on the disabled list.
Kiger suffered a left hand strain during an at-bat in yesterday's 5-3 win over Columbus.
Cooper has hit .211 (8-38) with three doubles and two RBI in 16 games with the Bisons this year. He is in today's lineup against the Lehigh Valley IronPigs (2:05 p.m.), starting at third base and batting seventh.
