
Birmingham Squadron Waive Three Players

Birmingham Squadron News Release
BIRMINGHAM, AL - The Birmingham Squadron, NBA G League affiliate of the New Orleans Pelicans, announced today that the team has waived guard Dylan Smith, guard Nate Bradley and forward Derrick Griffin.
Griffin originally joined the Squadron as the team's second round pick (50th overall) in the 2021 NBA G League Draft, while Smith and Bradley were originally signed from the team's local tryout.
The Squadron's roster now stands at 12.
The Squadron will tip off their inaugural season on the road against the Greensboro Swarm this Friday, November 3 at 7:00 p.m. ET.
