Trenton Titans News Release

TRENTON, N.J. - Former Flyer, area radio-TV personality and acclaimed speaker and author Bill Clement will appear at the Trenton Titans' Fan Appreciation Night March 30.

Clement will take part in a book-signing at the Titans Wall of Fame that evening. He recently authored "Everyday Leadership,'' which takes into account the up-and-downs he has had in his own career - in both hockey and business - and how he has learned to deal with the pitfalls that face all of us on a daily basis.

"My book is an easy read,'' said Clement, who serves as the color commentator for select Flyers telecasts on Comcast SportsNet and hosts the weekly "Bill Clement's Hockey World'' on WBCB (AM 1490). "It features lessons from my experiences we all can use presented in an upbeat way.

"I look forward to meeting the Titans fans in attendance March 30.''

Clement, after an 11-year career in the NHL, in which he played on two Flyers Stanley Cup winners, appearing in 719 games with the Flyers, Washington, Atlanta and Calgary, scoring 356 points (148 goals, 208 assists), worked several years, as Flyers PRISM commentator and for ESPN and several other networks.

He is also one of the voices on many of hockey's video games.

The Titans have three home games remaining - Reading (March 24), which is Irish Heritage Night, Elmira (March 28), the final Flyers Family Alumni Wednesday, and Wheeling (March 30), Fan Appreciation Night.

Tickets for all Titans games are on sale by calling the Titans offices at 609-341-1100. Single-game tickets are also available at the Sun National Bank Center box office and on-line at www.comcasttix.com.
