Bighorns Lose in Thriller to Charge

Reno, NV - The Reno Bighorns (16-33) lost a thriller to the Canton Charge (29-20) on Friday night, losing 104-100.

The game was close throughout, with 18 lead changes and 15 ties.

The Bighorns had seven players score in double-digits, but were unable to get the win. Mo Charlo's 18 points led Reno. Samardo Samuels scored 16 points and grabbed nine rebounds. Darnell Jackson also had 16 points. Desmon Farmer added 14 points, and Dar Tuckers and Walker Russell each chipped in 11 points.

Kyle Weaver's 29 points paced the Charge. Arinze Onuaku recorded a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. Brady Morningstar added 18 points off the bench for Canton.

The Bighorns will finish the season on Saturday night with Fan Appreciation Night against the Canton Charge at 7 p.m. The first 1000 fans to the game will receive a Bighorns beach towel, presented by KOLO 8 News.
