
Bighorns Fall on the Road to Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA CITY - The Western Conference Leader Reno Bighorns (26-15) fell to the Oklahoma City Blue (16-26) 130-123 Saturday Night at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City.
Ricky Ledo led the Bighorns with 29 pts, six rebounds and two assists behind a 6-10 shooting effort from three-point range. Erick Green notched 29 points, four rebounds and five assists during the Saturday night contest as Kadeem Jack recorded 22 points and eight rebounds.
Green led the Bighorns in the first quarter going 5-5 from the field and 3-3 from three-point range, logging 14 points as Ledo tallied 13 points, two rebounds and two assists. Ledo went 5-6 from the field and 3-4 from behind the arc in the first quarter. The Bighorns shot 75 percent from the field and 80 percent from three-point range in the quarter compared to the Blue shooting 35 percent from the field and 33 percent from three-point range in the first. The Bighorns had a 19 point lead over the Blue during the quarter.
Ledo paced the Bighorns in the second quarter with 10 points while Jack scored eight points. Stockton had seven points and four assists in the quarter as Sacramento Kings assignment player, Duje Dukan, tallied four points and three rebounds.
At the half, the Bighorns led the Blue 71-61.
During the third quarter, Stockton totaled nine points as Dukan added eight points and two rebounds for the Bighorns. Ledo recorded six points and three rebounds in the third.
Jack went 6-8 from the field in the final quarter, recording 13 points and five rebounds while Green netted nine points.
The Bighorns continue on the road facing the Rio Grande Valley Vipers on Tuesday, Mar. 15 at 5 p.m. in McAllen, Texas.
