Last Chance Jersey Auction end Thursday:
The game-worn jersey auction currently held on eBay will come to an end this Thursday, May 14 at approximately 2:30 p.m. The jersey auction, which will benefit the Active 20/30 Club, gives Condors fans the opportunity to own the white jersey that their favorite players wore for games while supporting a worthy charity. The Active 20/30 Club supports local youth organizations that helps disabled or less fortunate children.
To view or bid on an authentic Condors jersey worn during the season type "Bakersfield Condors Jersey" in the search box located on ebay.com. Bidding for the jerseys begins at only $250, a steal considering Condors game-worn jerseys sold for an average of $900 during the season. The auction also features a Buy It Now option on two of the remaining jerseys.

Tuesday, May 12:
Condors mascot Colonel Claw'd will attend the "Just Say No Rally" at Roosevelt Elementary School, starting at 8:30 a.m. Roosevelt Elementary, located at 2324 Verde Street, was given the opportunity to hold this city wide rally which local celebrities and political leaders, such as Congressman Kevin McCarthy, will attend.
Wednesday, May 13
Colonel Claw'd will serve as Rio Bravo Elementary School's Celebrity Reader starting at 9 a.m. The Colonel will act out scenes from a children's book while the story is being read aloud. The Colonel will also bring Condors posters and other goodies for all the students. Rio Bravo Elementary School is located at 22725 Elementary Lane.
Thursday, May 14:
Colonel Claw'd will compete against Heater (Blaze), Rowdy (CSUB) and other mascots in several different competitions at the School Day Baseball Game when the Bakersfield Blaze take on the Modesto Nuts at Sam Lynn Ballpark, located at 4009 Chester Ave. at 10:30 a.m.
Saturday, May 16:
Condors mascot Baby Cal will attend the California Living Museum's (CALM) 26th birthday party from 11 to noon. The all-day birthday party will feature an animal show, train rides, educational and entertainment booths and lots of other fun family attractions. CALM is located at 10500 Alfred Harrell Hwy.
Colonel Claw'd will be rocking out at the Alzheimer's Disease Association of Kern County's Rockin' for Alzheimers from noon to 1 p.m., which has been designated Condors hour. During this time a hot dog eating contest will take place and there will be Condors prizes for the rocking participants. The event, which will be held at Glenwood Gardens, located at 350 Calloway Drive, will begin at 7 a.m. and last until 7 p.m.
