Bees To Support Huntsman Cancer Foundation

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake Bees will trade their traditional white home uniforms for pink jerseys this Saturday, May 10, when the team takes on the Round Rock Express at Franklin Covey Field. The Bees will wear the jerseys in support of Breast Cancer Awareness.

The Bees are offering a discounted ticket for the 6:35 p.m. game with proceeds going to the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. For details please call (801) 325-BEES. The Bees also encourage fans attending the game to show their support for breast cancer awareness by wearing pink. A silent auction for the player-worn jerseys will be held on the concourse during the game with proceeds benefiting the Huntsman Cancer Foundation.

The Huntsman Cancer Foundation (HCF) gives a Reason to Hope® to cancer patients and their families around the world. HCF is a non-profit organization dedicated to maximizing resources to support the research, education, and treatment at Huntsman Cancer Institute and Hospital. The Foundation relies on the generosity of individuals, corporations, community groups, and other organizations to reach fundraising goals.
