
Bees, McAllen-North Rotary set for Texas Hold-em Tournament

Hidalgo, Texas --- The Rio Grande Valley Killer Bees and McAllen-North Rotary have teamed up for the first-ever Killer Bees Texas Hold-em Tournament on Saturday, February 10 at Dodge Arena. The tournament winner will get an all-expenses paid trip to Las Vegas courtesy of Allegiant Air.
The Bees will wear casino-themed jerseys that night as they face off against the Laredo Bucks and the first 1000 fans through the doors will receive a deck of Killer Bees playing cards.
The tournament begins at 11 a.m. (registration at 10 a.m.). The buy-in is $100 and includes two tickets to the Killer Bees game that night at 7:30 p.m. Re-buys ($50, 1st hour only) and add-ons ($50, one time only) will also be available. Players start with $1,500 in chips. The field is limited to 200 players.
