Beer Fans Rejoice: Mets Hosting First Tradition Field

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (June 11, 2014) - Beer connoisseurs looking to quench their thirst and wet their palettes with tasty brews need to look no further than Tradition Field.

On Saturday, June 21, the St. Lucie Mets will host the first Tradition Field Beerfest at Tradition Field. From 4:30-8:30 p.m., Treasure Coast beer enthusiasts can enjoy sampling an unlimited variety of fresh beers of all colors, styles and flavors.

The beer sampling will cross over with baseball, as the Mets host the Fort Myers Miracle at 6:30 p.m. Fans can taste beer along the concourse, then walk through the tunnel to catch the Mets in action.

A ticket in advance to the Beerfest and the game costs $15. The cost rises to $20 on the day of the event.

Mets season ticket holders who have already purchased game tickets can buy Beerfest tickets for $15.
