Beavers Begin 8 Game Homestand On Friday Night

Portland, OR- The Beavers begin an eight-game homestand on Friday, June 18 at PGE Park. The homestand includes a pair of four-game series against the Fresno Grizzlies, the Triple-A affiliate of the San Francisco Giants, and the Sacramento River Cats, the Oakland As' highest affiliate.

The homestand, which concludes on Friday, June 25, features a number of promotional activities to complement the baseball action.

Friday, June 18 FAMILY FUN NIGHT - Beavers vs. Fresno - 7:05 p.m. The Beavers begin their homestand with a Family Fun Night, complete with inflatable games and activities for the kids.

Saturday, June 19 FRED MEYER BASEBALL BAT GIVEAWAY / ZENNER'S-PADRES LITTLE LEAGUE WEEKEND - Beavers vs. Fresno - 7:05 p.m. The first 3,000 kids 14 and under receive a real wood baseball bat, courtesy of Fred Meyer ... Saturday also kicks off the Zenner's-Padres Little League Weekend ... the Beavers will welcome hundreds of Little Leaguers over the weekend.

Sunday, June 20 FATHER'S DAY / OREGONIAN FAMILY SUNDAY / ZENNER'S-PADRES LITTLE LEAGUE WEEKEND - Beavers vs. Fresno - 2:05 p.m. Celebrate Father's Day with the Beavers ... the first 500 dads in attendance get a Portland Beavers picture frame ... be sure to take part in another edition of Signature Sundays with four Beavers players signing autographs one hour before first pitch (lasts 20 minutes) on the Fred Meyer Family Deck ... after the game, kids can run the bases like the pros.

Monday, June 21 Beavers vs. Fresno - 7:05 p.m.

Tuesday, June 22 Beavers vs. Sacramento - 7:05 p.m.

Wednesday, June 23 ZENNER'S DOLLAR DOG NIGHT - Beavers vs. Sacramento - 7:05 p.m. A ballpark favorite, every Wednesday is a Zenner's Dollar Dog Night at PGE Park. Hot dogs are just $1.00.

Thursday, June 24 THURSDAY BEACH PARTY - Beavers vs. Sacramento - 7:05 p.m. Thursday's usual fun is made even better with a good old beach party at PGE Park.

Friday, June 25 FAMILY FUN NIGHT - Beavers vs. Sacramento - 7:05 p.m. The Beavers conclude their homestand with another great Family Fun Night, complete with inflatable games and activities for the kids.
