Beast Announce Playoff Schedule & Add Two Amateurs

The Brampton Beast announced they will face the Allen Americans in the opening round of the playoffs beginning the first week of April. The Beast will open the best of 7 series on the road against the defending Central Hockey League champions, Americans. Game 1 will be played on Wednesday, April 2 starting at 8:05pm/ET. Game 2 goes on Thursday, April 3 starting at 7:05pm/ET. Come down to Oscar's Roadhouse Bar and Grill to join the official Beast playoff watch party featuring TONS of door prizes.

After sweeping the Rapid City Rush, the Beast announced the signing of two amateur players. Chris Duszynski is a 6", 185lbs forward from Calgary, AB. Duszynski recently completed four years with Norwich University (NCAA). At Norwich University, Duszynski scored 42 goals and added 44 assists in 113 games. Before joining Norwich, he played for the Okotoks Jr. A Oilers (AJHL) and Duszynski is the all-time leading scorer in Okotoks history.
Richmond Hill native, Brayden Rose, recently finished his overage year with the Owen Sound Attack (OHL). A sound and reliable defenseman, he accumulated 8 goals and 61 assists in 234 games with the Attack; including 240 PIMS and a +31 rating. Rose was part of the 2010-2011 J. Ross Robertson Cup winner that appeared in the Memorial Cup held in Mississauga.
