HERSHEY, Pa. - Jacob Micflikier factored into all three HERSHEY BEARS' goals, while Graham Mink returned to the lineup to post a power play goal and set up the game-winner in a 3-2 victory over the Binghamton Senators on Sunday night at Giant Center.

Mink opened the scoring with a tap-in goal at 2:47, finishing a nice pass from Keith Aucoin and Micflikier just 11 seconds into a Francis Lessard hooking penalty. The goal came after defenseman Paul Baier fought Binghamton's Mark Borowiecki to set the tone early.

Joel Rechlicz returned to the BEARS' lineup and took on Lessard late in the first, but was given a misconduct penalty for taunting Lessard after exiting the penalty box.

HERSHEY would take a 2-0 lead at 5:51 of the second when Boyd Kane finished off his own rebound from the bottom of the right circle and beat McKenna, extending his point streak to six games. Micflikier would add his power-play goal at 16:09, with help from Mink and Aucoin, to give the BEARS a 3-0 advantage.

Binghamton would erase Braden Holtby's shutout bid when rookie Wacey Hamilton tapped in a feed from behind the net by David Dziurzynski for his first pro goal with 53 seconds remaining in the second period.

The Senators made things interesting when Andre Petersson banked in a rebound of Shaun Heshka's point shot at 15:37 to cut the deficit to 3-2. McKenna would go to the bench for an extra attacker with a minute left to play, but the BEARS would hold on for the win.

The BEARS finished the night 2-for-6 on the power play and 3-for-3 on the penalty kill.

Holtby evened his record at 3-3-0 in making 19 saves on 21 shots. McKenna was tagged with the loss, falling to 1-3-0 in stopping 29 shots.

HERSHEY will hit the road on Friday to take on the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at 7:05 PM. The Senators will return to Giant Center on Wednesday, November 9 for a 7:00 PM faceoff.
