FARGO, ND - Fargo Force defenseman Gavin Bayreuther was named to the 2012-13 All-Rookie Team as announced this afternoon by the United States Hockey League. The team was voted on by USHL coaches and general managers and is comprised of four forwards, three defensemen and one goaltender.

Bayreuther was acquired by Fargo in a trade with the Cedar Rapids RoughRiders midway through the season. Before coming to Fargo, Bayreuther had played in 19 games with the RoughRiders putting up 12 points (4g, 8a). He played in 41 games for Fargo, putting up 21 points and ended up finishing tied sixth overall amongst defensemen in the USHL. He is committed to play collegiate hockey at St. Lawrence University.
