
Barons Sign Defenseman Kendall McFaull to AHL Contract

Oklahoma City - The Oklahoma City Barons signed defenseman Kendall McFaull to an American Hockey League contract, Barons General Manager Bill Scott officially announced today.
McFaull, a 6-2, 205-pounder from Rosetown, Saskatchewan, recently finished a four-year career with the Moose Jaw Warriors of the Western Hockey League. During his four seasons of play with the Warriors, McFaull appeared in 269 games, scored 58 points (16-39-55). His most productive season was the 12-13 campaign when he established career highs for games played (71), assists (15) and points (20).
Originally drafted by the Atlanta Thrashers in the sixth round (155th overall) of the 2010 NHL Entry Draft, McFaull has served as team captain for the Warriors in each of the last two seasons.
McFaull joins the Barons as they return to action Tuesday night at home against the Rochester Americans at 7 p.m. Tuesday's game is a Winning Weekday. Should the Barons win, everyone in attendance will earn a ticket to the Barons final weekday game of the season on Tuesday, April 2.
Friday night, the Barons take on the Houston Aeros. Friday Nights are Barons nights where fans can enjoy $2 draft beer and $1 hot dogs from 6 - 8 p.m. at all Slapshot Concession stands.
Faceoff for both games is 7 p.m. at the Cox Convention Center. The games can be heard on the Barons flagship station, 96.1 KXY.
