
Barons make roster moves

On the heels the flurry of moves made Thursday, the Chicago White Sox and Birmingham Barons have announced additional roster changes that were made Thursday afternoon and effective before last night's game.
-- LHP Ryan O'Malley, who originally had been released by the organization, has had his release voided and he will remain with Birmingham.
-- RHP Derek Rodriguez, who tied for second in the Carolina League in wins last year with a 14-5 mark but had been a key member of the Birmingham bullpen this season, has been transferred to AAA Charlotte.
