Barnstormers Training Camp Returning to Oskaloosa

DES MOINES, IA. - Iowa Barnstormers Vice President and Chief Operating Officer John Pettit along with Head Coach and Director of Football Operations Mike Hohensee unveiled plans today regarding the team's 2014 training camp. For the third consecutive season, the Barnstormers will be holding their 2-week Training Camp in Oskaloosa, Iowa. All team practices will once again be held on the campus of William Penn University at the state of the art Penn Activities Center. Training Camp officially opens February 21 when 35 players from around the country will work to earn a spot on the Barnstormers 2014 roster.
Practices will take place daily at 8:00am and are open to the general public and all media. In place of practice, the team will hold an inter-squad scrimmage on Friday, February 28 at 10:00am. The team's full practice schedule is available below.
In addition to practices, the Barnstormers will engage in many community events throughout the Oskaloosa area starting with a meet and greet at Penn Central Mall on Sunday, February 23 at 5:00pm. This event will be open to the general public.
Season tickets for the 2014 Barnstormers season remain on sale now starting at just $110 per seat. Don't miss a minute of the action this season! The home opener is scheduled for Saturday, April 12.
