DES MOINES - Iowa Barnstormers Head Coach and Director of Player Personnel Joe Brannen has announced the signing of Des Moines native and linebacker Raytron Lamar.

Lamar (6-3, 225, Grand View) attended Roosevelt High School of the Des Moines Public School District before attending junior college at North Iowa Area Community College (NIACC) in Mason City, Iowa. "I am extremely excited to have Raytron on board for 2015. He is an explosive football player who can play a number of positions on the defensive side of the ball as well contribute greatly on our special teams," said Brannen.
