Barnstormers Sign Defensive Lineman

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed defensive lineman Dylon Ross to the 2024 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.
Ross (6-4, 270, Ripon College) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his rookie Indoor Football League (IFL) season. Collegiately, Ross spent three seasons at Ripon College appearing in 22 games with the Red Hawks and collecting 76 total tackles, 21 tackles for loss, 10.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and one fumble recovery.
"Dylon is a unique prospect," said Coach Mogensen. "A guy that entered college as an undersized guy, committed himself to the weight room, and grew into a man among boys at his level. If he can translate what he did as a D3 guy to our level, he will find great success."
Upon signing with the Barnstormers, Ross said "I'm extremely excited to sign with the Barnstormers because of their storied history. I believe I can add to that history and am excited to be able to continue to play the game I love as a professional"
Ross will join the Iowa Barnstormers 2024 Training Camp in the spring.
