
Barnstormers Sign Defensive Back

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed defensive back Antwaine Carter, Jr. to the 2021 roster following a trade with the Spokane Shock, Head Coach Ameer Ismail announced today.
Carter (6-1, 190, Towson University) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his first season with the team. Carter had planned to play with the Spokane Shock in 2020 prior to the season's cancellation. Collegiately, Carter began his career at the University of Maryland playing for two years before suffering a season-ending injury. Carter completed his collegiate career at Towson University.
Carter will enter the team's 2021 Training Camp in the Spring.
