Barnstormers Announce Saturday, March 14 Game Scrimmage

DES MOINES - The locally-owned Iowa Barnstormers Arena Football Club today announced the team will be holding a public game scrimmage on 10:00 a.m., Saturday, March 14 at Vets Auditorium.
The Barnstormers Scrimmage will be free of charge and open to the public. All fans should enter the northwest entrance at Vets. Due to the Iowa State Boys Basketball Tournament games at Wells Fargo Arena, free parking will not be available.
Barnstormers' season ticket holders will also be able to pick up their 2009 Barnstormers Season Tickets on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Vets Auditorium. Season tickets are also available for pick-up starting on Monday at the Barnstormers' Vets Auditorium offices from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The Iowa Barnstormers open the 2009 season on the road Friday, March 27 in Milwaukee, and the team's home opener is Saturday, April 4 against visiting Tulsa. Season tickets are still available and start as low as $80 and can be ordered at www.theiowabarnstormers.com or (515) 633-BALL.
