Barnstormers Announce 2015 Schedule

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers in conjunction with the Indoor Football League (IFL) are pleased to announce their 2015 schedule. The Barnstormers will open the 2015 season on the road against new in-state rivals, the Cedar Rapids Titans, on February 28, 2015. The team will return to Des Moines for their home opener against the Green Bay Blizzard on April 11, 2015.

Upon joining the IFL, the Iowa Barnstormers will compete in the United Conference for the 2015 season. Iowa will have home and away matchups versus new conference rivals such as Bemidji, Sioux Falls, Green Bay, and Cedar Rapids.

The 2015 season brings many exciting opportunities for the Iowa Barnstormers. The Barnstormers home schedule kicks off with a matchup versus former af2 rival, the Green Bay Blizzard. May 16th brings the Cedar Rapids Titans and former Barnstormers receiver Brian Pray to Des Moines. The home schedule also features the Nebraska Danger (April 18), Sioux Falls Storm (May 2), Wichita Nighthawks (May 30), and Bemidji Axemen (June 6) before wrapping up the regular season with another home matchup against Green Bay.

Once again this season, all Iowa Barnstormers home games will be played at Wells Fargo Arena in downtown Des Moines, Iowa. All seven home games will be played on Saturday evenings with a kickoff time of 7:05 p.m. The complete 2015 Iowa Barnstormers regular season schedule is attached.
