Barnstormers Add Defensive Back

DES MOINES - The Iowa Barnstormers have signed defensive back Craig Wrenn to the 2022 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.
Wrenn (6-2, 220, Iowa Wesleyan) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his rookie season in the Indoor Football League (IFL). Collegiately, Wrenn played for tow years at Iowa Wesleyan University. During his time with the Tigers, Wrenn appeared in 20 games where he racked up 78 total tackles and earned Second Team All-Conference Honors.
"Craig is a small school prospect with a chip on his shoulder," said Head Coach Mogensen. "He excelled at Iowa Wesleyan where they often matched him up one on one with the opponent's best receiver. He has the size and speed to play any position in the defensive backfield."
Wrenn will be entering the 2022 Iowa Barnstormers Training Camp in the spring.
