December 18, 2021 - Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) - Milwaukee Wave News Release

After a heartbreaking overtime loss to Baltimore to open the 21/22 campaign, the 7-time Champion Milwaukee Wave were dealt another blow Friday afternoon; the postponement of much anticipated home opener at UW-Milwaukee Panther Arena.

In accordance with the MASL COVID-19 Protocols, the game between the Baltimore Blast and the Milwaukee Wave scheduled for Saturday, December 18 at the UW-Milwaukee Panther has been postponed. Multiple players and staff from the Baltimore Blast organization have entered protocols after testing positive.

The rescheduled date has yet to be determined.

"We are all looking forward to being back in front of the best fans in the league on New Years Eve," said Head Coach Giuliano Oliviero. "But for now we shift our sights to St. Louis and prepare to battle a good team in the Ambush."

Fans who purchased a ticket for the December 18th home opener can use that current ticket for entry into the yet to be determined, rescheduled game.

Ticket holders will receive information via email.

The Milwaukee Wave take on the St. Louis Ambush Sunday afternoon at The Family Arena in St. Charles, Missouri. First kick is scheduled for 4:05pm (Milwaukee time).
