Richmond, VA. The ABA Richmond Ballerz, in conjunction with U-Turn Sports Performance Academy, hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for Richmond area families on Sunday night. Seventy-seven children (and their families) participating in U-Turn sports programs were invited to the dinner, which had all the traditional Thanksgiving fare. Ballerz staff included players and Diamondz Dance Team members helped to set up and serve the dinner.

The dinner was just one of many community outreach efforts planned by the Ballerz throughout the basketball season. Ballerz GM George Christopher said, "Giving back to the community is very important and we want to do as much community service as we can."
