Tennessee Mud Frogs News Release
Chattanooga, TN. The ABA Tennessee Mud Frogs played host to the Atlanta Vision Monday night in the Pond. Nate Beers played an important role in the Mud Frogs exciting 110-108 victory. The game was controlled by the defending South Division Champions - the Atlanta Vision - which led the game by 14 points in the fourth quarter.
When the game was in its crucial aspects, Nate Beers provided valuable three pointers from the arc and continued with drives to the basket and continuation fouls that brought the Mud Frogs into a position to win the game - and they did. The Mud Frogs had a balanced attack with Chris Brown leading the way with 22 and Steve Cherry's 17. This gave the Mud Frogs sole possession of first place in the division at 3-1. The Mud Frogs will play on the road in Wilmington NC for two games and return home on Thanksgiving against the Knoxville Noise. The Mud Frogs are leaping in ABA recognition with the wins. Ribbet!
