After the longest road trip of the season, the Potomac Nationals are back at Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium on July 4th to kick-off a five-game homestand! The P-Nats will play the Salem Red Sox (Boston) for the entirety of the homestand. The series includes the July 4th celebration, Cool Runnings 25th Anniversary Night, Art in the Park Night, with an Uncle Slam Paint-Your-Own Bobblehead plus a jersey auction, and Kids Day Sunday.

Wednesday, July 4th

First pitch: 7:05pm Gates open: 6pm

- Independence Day: the ballpark will be patriotically decorated, there will be a mini American flag giveaway for the first 1,000 fans through the gates, plus fans can write a letter to our troops at a special designated table.

- Food, Fireworks and Fun: join the Potomac Nationals for a patriotic celebration at the ballpark! The $10 add-on to any game ticket includes the pre-game all-you-can-eat picnic buffet, which will feature hamburgers, hot dogs, sides and Pepsi products. The picnic will take place in the Northwest Federal Bullpen Club, down the right field line of the stadium. The picnic will begin once gates open at 5pm.

- Post-game Fireworks, presented by Sentara

- Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill

- National Burger on Sale: the National Burger once again will return to the P-Nats Grill! This patriotic burger consists of a 6 ounce Angus beef patty on a brioche bun, and is topped with a split hot dog, waffle fries, two types of American cheese and bacon with an option for lettuce and tomato.

- Military Appreciation Jerseys, presented by Reality Realty: the P-Nats will wear these on select games throughout the season to recognize local military members and to thank them for all that they do for our country

- GEICO Race Car will be on site, presented by Dave Stinson GEICO

- Face Painting: kids can have their face painted by Facing Angels in the concourse (charge applies)

Thursday, July 5th

First pitch: 7:05pm Gates open: 6pm

- Thursday Cheers: dollar drink specials during the game

- College Night Pfitz Parties: cornhole, water pong and trivia in the brand-new Northwest Federal Field at Pfitzner Stadium Party Zone

- GEICO Race Car will be on site, presented by Dave Stinson GEICO

Thursday, July 6th

First pitch: 7:05pm Gates open: 6pm

- Cool Runnings 25th Anniversary Night: the Jamaican bobsled team movie will be honored at the stadium. Any fan who brings a bobsled will receive a free grandstand ticket to the game, while anyone who wears Jamaican colors can purchase a grandstand ticket for $5. During the first three innings of the game, the inflatable slide in the Kids Zone will be hosting a contest for who can slide down it the fastest! Additionally, fans will be able to take a picture with a bobsled set up in the ballpark.

- Cool Runnings 25th Anniversary Jersey Auction, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union, to benefit Volunteer Prince William: Jamaican themed jerseys will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting Volunteer Prince William. The auction begins once gates open and will run through the last out of the sixth inning. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the jersey.

- Virginia Tech Hokies Pride Night: any fan who wears Virginia Tech gear can purchase a discounted grandstand ticket for $5

- Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill

Saturday, July 7th

First pitch: 6:35pm Gates open: 5pm

- Uncle Slam Paint-Your-Own Bobblehead Giveaway, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union: (First 1,250): fans can show off their creative side with this bobblehead! The first 1,250 lucky fans will receive a "blank" Uncle Slam bobblehead, along with a paint set and a brush.

- P-Nats Paint Night: Fans can purchase a special ticket package for P-Nats Paint Night! For $35, artists can head to the picnic area where they will take part in a painting class, and an all-you-can eat picnic featuring hamburgers, hot dogs and sides. All supplies required for the class are included in the price, as well as a ticket to the Northwest Federal Bullpen Picnic Club grandstand section. The class will begin at 5:30pm and is open to fans 13 and older. The buffet will begin at 6:30pm. While the class is running, chips and soft drinks will be available, as well as the beer stand.

- Art in the Park Night: the night will be dedicated to the arts! Fans can paint their bobbleheads at a special Bobblehead Painting station and can share their creation on social media for a chance to be displayed on the video board during the night. Additionally, there will be a coloring station for kids set up. A Potomac Nationals American flag that will be made from team handprints and autographed will raffled off. Any fan who spends $25 or more in the National Mall Team Store will be entered to win the flag. Artwork from students who entered the Uncle Slam's Reading Program Bookmark Design Contest will additionally be on display.

- Art in the Park Night Jersey Auction, presented by Northwest Federal Credit Union to benefit the Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation: the Art in the Park themed jerseys, featuring Uncle Slam as Mona Lisa, will be auctioned off via a silent auction during the game, with proceeds benefitting the Northwest Federal Credit Union Foundation. The foundation supports students going to college. The auction begins once gates open and will run through the last out of the sixth inning. Winners will be able to take a photo post-game with the player or coach who wore and autographed the jersey.

Sunday, July 8th

Post-game Kids Run the Bases, presented by Glory Days Grill Kids Exclusive Post-Game Player Autograph Signing: Kids 12 & under can receive autographs from two P-Nats players in the café area after the game Kids Eat Free: the first 250 kids 12 & under will receive a free drink and hot dog Face Painting: kids can have their face painted by Facing Angels in the concourse (charge applies) Caricature Artist: fans can stop by the concourse, where an artist from Manis Creative will be setup (charge applies)
