FRISCO, Texas - Despite a strong start from Jason Bahr, the Riders were downed 10-3 by Midland Friday night at Dr Pepper Ballpark.
SYNOPSIS
* Bahr yielded just three hits and four runs while striking out six in 6 2/3 innings. At one point, he retired 10 in a row.
* Trailing 2-1 in the fifth, the Riders tied the game on an RBI single from Michael De Leon but the RockHounds pulled away for good with four-run frames in both the seventh and eighth innings.
* Starting second baseman Ryan Dorow tossed a perfect ninth in relief, making his professional pitching debut.

* Charles Leblanc: 3-for-4, 2B, R
