Babik to host weekly talk show

FLORENCE, SC -- The Pee Dee Pride announced today that Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Joe Babik will host a weekly radio show starting this Monday, September 13. The show will air every Monday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. on WOLS 1230 AM.
The show will deal exclusively with local sports, with a strong emphasis on the Pee Dee Pride. There will be guests in the studio each week, with at least one of the guests members of the Pride. There will be two guests on the premier show: Mike Krell, a co-president of the Pride Youth Hockey Association, will be present to talk about the upcoming youth season, and Jamie Young, general manager of the Florence RedWolves baseball team will talk about the recently completed season.
Fans will be able to call in to the show at (843) 665-1230 each week with comments and questions.
