B-Sens Announce Roster Moves

Binghamton Senators News Release


BINGHAMTON, N.Y. - The Ottawa Senators announced today they have re-assigned forward Mike Hoffman to their American Hockey League Affiliate, the Binghamton Senators. Binghamton also announced they have signed goaltender Rob Madore from the Cincinnati Cyclones to a player tryout contract.

Hoffman recorded no points and two penalty minutes in three games played with Ottawa this season since his recall on December 2. The forward currently leads Binghamton in goals (11), assists (15) and points (26) through 21 games played.

Madore has appeared in 10 games this season with Cincinatti of the East Coast Hockey League compiling a 7-3-0 record with a 3.03 goals-against average and a 0.903 save percentage. Madore, 25, a native of Pittsburgh, PA, also appeared in one contest with the Charlotte Checkers of the AHL this season going 0-1-0.

Binghamton returns to action tonight when they host the Hershey Bears at 7:05p.m.
