AUSTIN - The Austin Spurs today announced that they have agreed to a trade with the South Bay Lakers acquiring the returning player rights of Javante McCoy in exchange for the returning player rights of Chaundee Brown Jr. and a 2024 second round draft pick.
McCoy, 6-5/180, played in 26 games for the Lakers last season, averaging 14.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 25.9 minutes per game.
Brown, 6-5/215, appeared in 20 games for the Spurs and averaged 14.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.1 assists in 30.0 minutes.
