Napheesa Collier finished the night with 21 points and a career-high-tying 14 rebounds, accounting for her fourth double-double of the season (16th career).

At the final buzzer, Kayla McBride led the Lynx in scoring with 25 points and a season-high nine rebounds. She went a perfect 7-of-7 from the free throw line marking the eighth time this season she has shot perfect from the charity stripe (min. 5 attempts).

McBride's 25 points and nine rebounds marked her seventh career 25+ points/5+rebounds game and her second of the season (Jul. 7 vs Dallas).

In 23:42 minutes off the bench, Rachel Banham notched eight points and a season-high five assists.

Off the bench, Aerial Powers registered 10 points and five rebounds, her 18th career 10+ points/5+ rebounds effort.

Team Notes

Minnesota held New York to a season opponent low 32.4% (23-of-71) from the field and are now 129-4 (8-0 this season) when holding their opponent to under 40% shooting from the field, dating back to 2011.

The Lynx reserves outscored the Liberty reserves 25-6 led by 10 points from Aerial Powers and eight points form Rachel Banham.
