
Attack to Honor Woodsmen This Saturday

Owen Sound Attack News Release
The Owen Sound Attack will be honoring the Owen Sound Woodsmen, who won their second consecutive President's Cup Title, this Saturday with a special pre-game ceremony prior to the start of the scheduled game against the Kitchener Rangers.
The Woodsmen won the Senior "B" National Lacrosse Championship that was hosted by the Six Nations Sting from Sunday August 24th - Saturday, August 29th, 2009 defeating British Columbia's TriCity Bandits 11-5.
The Woodsmen are the first team in 21 years to win back-to-back President's Cups; the Fergus Thistles won three consecutive championships from 1986 to 1988.
