The Canadian Hockey League today announced the fifth CHL Mosaik MasterCard Top 10 Rankings for the 2006-2007 season. The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's Top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts. For the third week this season the Owen Sound Attack has made the top 10.
