Atlanta Returns Lehman To Chicago

The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned defenseman Scott Lehman to the Chicago Wolves.

The 22-year-old blueliner made his National Hockey League debut in the Thrashers Dec. 18 matchup with the Pittsburgh Penguins after being recalled earlier in the day. He has registered four points (2G, 2A) and 34 penalty minutes in 21 games with Chicago this season, his third professional campaign.

The Windsor, Ontario, native, split last season between Chicago and the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators, tallying five assists, seven points and 109 penalty minutes in 40 outings with the Wolves, and two assists and 18 penalty minutes in six games with Gwinnett.

Overall, LEHMAN has compiled four goals, seven assists, 11 points and 157 penalty minutes in 64 career American Hockey League games with Chicago from 2006 to 2008 and collected 16 points (2G, 14A) and 104 penalty minutes in 78 career ECHL outings with Gwinnett (2006 to 2008.)
