
Arsenal Team Up With City Of Anaheim For 120th Rose Parade

PASADENA, Calif. (Dec. 31, 2008) - Members of the Anaheim Arsenal participated in the preparation of the City of Anaheim's Rose Parade float, "Crank Up the Entertainment". Arsenal representatives spent the afternoon alongside numerous Anaheim community leaders including Anaheim Mayor, Curt Pringle, representatives from the Anaheim Ducks, Disneyland, and developers from the Anaheim resort area.
The City of Anaheim's 16th Rose Parade entry portrays the diverse and plentiful entertainment options that the city has to offer to residents and visitors alike. The Arena at the Anaheim Convention Center, where the Arsenal play their home games, is featured on the back of the float as one of the many entertainment venues featured on the float.
The Rose Parade begins at 8:00 a.m. PST and will be broadcast on ABC, NBC, Univision, HGTV, Travel Channel, and several local Southern California stations. The City of Anaheim's float will follow Grand Marshall Cloris Leachman's float in the front of the parade.
