
Argos Fans Can Make It a Double Blue Weekend

Toronto - Fans can make it an Argos weekend by coming to the Double Blue Game, which has been re-scheduled to this Friday afternoon, and then returning to York Stadium on Saturday for Toronto Argonauts Fan Day, presented by the Toronto Sun, featuring a special fan-friendly practice!
Saturday's Fan Day provides fans with a free, entertaining and interactive opportunity to meet their favourite Argos players, coaches, alumni and cheerleaders before the 2014 season. Join the fun for a chance to meet and get autographs from players, watch a special Double Blue practice, take part in exciting activities, interact with other Argonauts fans, and much more!
Players take the field for Friday's Double Blue Game at 2:00 p.m., kickoff at 3:00 p.m., and the game will feature players participating in a scrimmage with the offence going up against the defence. Coaches will have plays ready for every scenario to keep up with the fast pace of the game.
Fans can listen live to the Argos' first 2014 pre-season game on June 9 in Winnipeg on TSN Radio 1050, then see their squad in person for the first time at historic Varsity Stadium for the club's pre-game season home game on June 19. The Argos' regular season home opener is scheduled for July 5 against the defending Grey Cup champion Saskatchewan Roughriders. Tickets for all Argos home games can be purchased through ticketmaster.ca or by visiting argonauts.ca
