Argos Extend RB Anthony Woodson; Sign Two Others on Offence

Mississauga - The Toronto Argonauts Football Club is pleased to announce that it has extended the contract of non-import RB Anthony Woodson. The club also announced it has signed imports RB Tristan Davis and RB Jeremiah Johnson.

RB Tristan Davis originally signed as a free agent with the Detroit Lions (NFL) in 2009. Since then, he has spent time with the Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings and Washington Redskins (NFL).

RB Jeremiah Johnson had a spectacular college career at the University of Oregon where he rushed for more than 1,200 yards as a senior. He also spent time with the Houston Texans, Washington Redskins and most recently Denver Broncos of the National Football League.
