Rochester Red Wings outfielder Oswaldo Arcia been named the Batavia Downs Gaming and Racetrack Player of the Week for the period of July 6-12, and named the International League Batter of the Week for the same period. Click here to read the official IL Release.

Arcia batted .333 (8-for-24) for the week, with 4 homers, 10 RBI, and 8 runs scored. Over his last 10 games, Arcia is batting .314 with 6 HR and 14 RBI.

Signed by the Twins as a non-drafted free agent on July 4, 2007...hit 10 HR with 30 RBI in 38 games for the Wings in 2013 before making his big league debut with the Twins...brother Orlando is a shortstop prospect in the Milwaukee organization.
