"Based on my professional hockey and coaching experience, I've designed a training facility that will provide local players with all of the tools they need to improve their skills, agility, power and speed," explains Lindsay, who played professional hockey for seven years in North America and Europe. "At the same /me, our programs are developed to maximize our clients' training /me so every session will enhance their performance."
Saskpro CrossFit Sports Condi/oning offers local athletes access to the Endless Ice® ska/ng treadmill, a highly popular training tool for all ages and skill levels.
