Angel City FC News Release

LOS ANGELES - The National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) today released the league's 2023 regular-season schedule, which includes Angel City Football (ACFC)'s 22 regular-season matches along with the in-season Challenge Cup schedule that includes six total matches. ACFC will host its season opener at BMO Stadium in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday, March 26, in the evening against NJ/NY Gotham FC.

Between the regular season and the Challenge Cup, ACFC will host 14 of 28 total matches in 2023, beginning with the season opener and ending at home against Portland Thorns FC on October 15. During Challenge Cup play, ACFC will host OL Reign, Portland Thorns FC, and San Diego Wave FC.

ACFC will host SoCal rival San Diego Wave in the regular season at BMO Stadium on April 23 and travel to San Diego for a road match on June 17. The two clubs will also face each other twice during the Challenge Cup, with Angel City FC hosting the Wave on June 28 before heading back down the freeway to Snapdragon Stadium on August 5.

The regular season will air across CBS, CBS Sports Network, and Paramount+. YouTube and the NWSL website will stream all matches for international viewers, as well as select games for fans in the United States. Television details for regular-season matches will be shared in the coming weeks.

With four sellouts last season, ACFC expects to see more record-setting crowds at BMO Stadium this year. Fans are encouraged to purchase their season, mini plan, group, or single game tickets soon. More information can be found at angelcity.com/tickets.
