The Vancouver Canucks have recalled right wing ANDREW GORDON from the Chicago Wolves.

GORDON ranks second on Chicago with 16 goals and shares fourth with 26 points in 46 games this season. He also holds second on the Wolves with five power-play strikes.

The 27-year-old forward posted 3 assists and 5 points in 37 National Hockey League games with the Anaheim Ducks last year. He also posted 5 goals and 11 points in 29 American Hockey League games with Chicago and the Syracuse Crunch during the 2011-12 campaign.

Overall, the Halifax, Nova Scotia, native has earned 7 points (3G, 4A) in 49 career NHL games with Anaheim and the Washington Capitals spanning four seasons (2008-12). He also has amassed 261 points (123G, 138A) in 342 AHL tilts with Chicago, Syracuse, and the Hershey Bears spanning six seasons (2007-2013).
