Jets Reassign Pasquale to IceCaps

The Winnipeg Jets announced today they have reassigned goaltender Eddie Pasquale to the St. John's IceCaps.

Pasquale, 22, was recalled by the Jets March 13/13. He will return to the IceCaps where he has played in 40 games so far this season. In that time, the Toronto, ON netminder has earned a 14-21-4 record, 2.69 goals against average and 0.909 save percentage.

During the 2011-12 season, Pasquale played in 38 games for the IceCaps accumulating a 23-12-1 record, 2.41 goals against average and 0.911 save percentage. As a result, he was named to the AHL All-Rookie Team and was selected as the IceCaps Top Rookie. He was selected by the Atlanta Thrashers in the fourth round, 117th overall, in the 2009 NHL Draft.
